• JOB AVAILABILITY – Only want to work at the elementary level?  You can do that!  Want to focus on high school?  You can do that too!  Again, flexibility is key.
  
  
• VARIED ACTIVITY – The job itself takes place in a variety of settings; elementary schools, middle school, or high school.
